Glacial Shards AoE Range

So the skill states the skill has an AoE effect of 8 meters. However, when I use the skill, it seems way shorter. I think Glacial and Sandburst are the same AoE meter range, but Sandburst hits enemies that Glacial won't.

Is there an error in the text?

    i have noticed this as well the other day. Maybe its an error in programming or something

    I think it's only something visual,to me when more than 5+ mobs are involved(public quest elites for examples)seems really big.anyway it's 8 mt fixed which is not that much but it's a really goos skill,high dmg+aoe+movement skill.One of those I use the most.

    Same for me glacial doesn t hit mob that sandburst hit in the same position b:puzzled

    I thought same thing..... but on a different note.... having a more range AOE would be sorta nice too... i Believe clerics have a nice one, i dont know what its called, but point is... it be nice to have an AOE with a bit more range then 8mt.

    But Glacial doesn't even have 8 Meters...looks like about 5-6, idk but definitely not 8. I'm quite satisfied with sandbursts range, maybe they will fix that description or change the range in the future, but I don't really care cuz I'm already used to the range of glacial.

    Yeah, in my opinion the Sandburst have a much higher range then the Glacial one

    I've noticed this too, it definitely is an error in the skill description.
