File Download Error

Disarmonia_X - Heavens Tear

I've tried downloading the manual, doing the automatic -> etc. When I download the manual: it gives me Corrupted File error. When I do it the Automatic way: it gives me the "file download error - retry (x number of seconds here)

It keeps erroring and giving me the currupt file @ the elementskill.dll

I really don't want to have to uninstall/reinstall the game to fix this issue: Is there any other way to correct the issue?
