what DQ for TB wings

ok my TB is nearing lvl 30 now and i would like to know what dq is needed for the wings assuming it works the same as the elven,human and untamed quests otherwise explain me how the quest works please and ty for the effort if its no troll post

edit my TB is lvl 30 already now and you need honey juice if anybody was wondering
its impossible to always do the right thing we all make mistakes i am not different from that
just try to be a good person
