Can't get my zen! Help!

Okay, I have purchased 20 zen and it has been an hour and it still says reviewing. I am using Google checkout so can someone tell me if this has happened before and can i cancel transactions after i confirm them? I don't want to lose money and get nothing after all. please let me know if any of you have had this happen. Thank you for your time.

    While your payment's status says "pending" or "reviewing", the payment solution you have used has not completed their part of verifying the purchase. Once they have processed the payment on their side and sent the payment to Perfect World Entertainment, the status will change from pending/reviewing. There is no estimated time that these things take so you just need to be patient while the payment solution approves/denies your purchase. The newer your account is, the chance of your payment taking a while to approve is increased.

    Your payment should go through, it will just be slightly delayed during the reviewing process.
