EDIT: Problem solved

hi
I took this lovely quest from Aurosy NPC near Etherblade Lake, it's called Blood Combat.
I got teleported into an instance and got a quest to kill 15 mobs, which I did.
Now theres NPC's and Mobs running around the place.. I have a timer.. no quest description..
The Timer has ran out.. (its red showing negative time..)
Anyway, I cant trash the quest and I don't know how to complete it..
I used town portal to get out.. ( I thought this would fail the quest ..) and now I still have the timer running, the NPC won't send me back..

What do I do ? (GM on live chat says they can't help with quests)

Ok I guess I just got a glitch the first time around.. the quest wouldnt continue but I got it now.. Second part of the quest auto triggers (when not glitched lol)

(Logged out, relogged in, could take the quest again and start over)

i was in squad when I got quest, and quest description said i should not do in squad, so i left squad, and I got kicked out of the instance.

My timer is running, but I have no idea how to get back into instance.

    *sigh*

I just finished this quest myself a short time ago. You first had to kill 15 soldiers, then 15 officers. I had no problems. I'd suggest trashing the quest once you're outside, then talking to the Raging Tides elder again. Maybe he will give the quest back? I don't know for certain.

This quest can not be trashed.

However, when the timer runs out, you get teleported back to dizzy, from wherever you happen to be, and you can do this quest again. I had no problems completing it the second time, but I think super trout was an idiot.

And now I am wondering if there might have been some good way to use this free teleport...

I'm kind of lost. I got the quest and was teleported, but when I started attacking, while not using any of my AOE's - I agro'd several of the Undead Soldiers, ending with death and having to tele to town.

Are these agro? If they are, how am I to complete a quest that is not only timed and must be done solo, but the mobs are magical and agro? b:surrender

The mobs don't chain aggro... aleast not in my case. But i do notice that the counter is screwed up somehow. Considering sometimes when I killed a mob, it doesn't count as a kill (in both stages). Solved that problem by running all the way through and just aoe them to death. In my experiences... this is the funnest quest i ever done. Maybe its cause I got my own army of mobs to back me up... who knows.
    1. If I kill you; do something about it yourself, don't go complaining to my wife.
    2. If you have less kill counts then me, don't expect me to take pk advice from you.
    3. If you are hiding behind an alt, don't expect me to acknowledge your existence.

Trashing the quest is not a good idea, you can't take it again after. What I did was town portal out of the instance and I logged out. When I logged back in I was standing near the NPC (aurosy in etherblade) so I could take the quest again and start over.

Thats because theres 2 types of mobs Officiers and Soldiers. The first 15 mobs is one kind the second quest is for the other kind.

The only issue I had with the quest was that somehow it didnt autotrigger proprely after the first 15 mob kill part. Town portal out of the dongeon after the timer went red, loggin out and logging back in solved the problem.

How can I finish this quest when I'm lvl 52, and they're a much higher lvl + high hp? I couldn't even kill one before i died. And we have to do this alone... o_O

You can stay in the instance how long you want.. If the timer runs out when you are in the instance, don't worry you will stay there b:victory
