Pay by phone issue

Well i wanted to test out this phone thing and,
When i enter my phone number and Provider i klick on continue
BUT then i supose to get a Text message but that doesnt come to me
AND i have waited for over 3 hours to get a Text back and still nothing
that isnt normal i thingk Hehe
Anything i might have done wrong or something ?
plz let me know
