LA/Arcane decision

Yes, I know. Eww, another armor thread. Sorry about this.

I'm level 56 at the moment and at 65 or so I plan to start trying out TT. I've been light armored up to now and I'm told this is fine because I'm on a PVP server. However, given the choice I'd have probably gone for PVE. (My irl husband was already 6x when I started playing, so he wouldn't budge. b:surrender )

Basically, I plan to focus on my ability to run TT, FBs etc. Should I restat to arcane for the better pet heals or should light armor be fine? I tried to make each version on PWI calculator, but I'm unsure of realistic endgame gears.

Your opinion would be much appreciated. I hate to bring up old news though. :(

Edit: Oh I forgot to mention, I use a hercules. :3 I hate those ugly golems. :(

    what is your tank pet? herc or magmite?

    if its a herc you will have no prob at all being light armor, magmite im not so sure, mayb at 63 when ur heal is a lvl higher. personaly i stayd with LA but i didnt really try running HH solo till 7x...i think u should just stay LA, the 6x's are quick now, i flew through it with my alt, so even if u cant solo it at 6x with your magmite,you will be able to at 70 which isnt that long of a wait

    ah i have a herc. i was just more concerned with healing and my own vitality. I find, with LA build i have no room to add points to vit. And like you said, levels are quick so I rarely find some decent stuff to keep for 20odd levels.

    At the time i could enter TT 2-1 squadmode i couldn't keep my herc alive on fatalique. So as light armor don't think you can solo it all right away easily. I had to wait a few levels before i could.
    But right now i got no problem healing my herc in TT3-1 or fb89 brim for example. So at higher levels you can easily keep your herc alive as light armor veno.

    And -% channeling can solve healing issues.

    at 63 u should be fine with a herc...and yea the LA build is very tight point wise, but when i got 2 90 i stopd adding points to dex/str/mag and restated to do bare minimum and managed to add about 40 points to vit, so it will get better depending on how u play
