Level 39 Cultivation Quest

Okay so I've done my FB, got all quest rewards etc. I've checked the quest finder but I have no cultivation quest. I've got the soul condensing orb (?) which I think is connected to the quest, but no idea as to what to do.

Has it glitched or am I just being nub?

I asked a friend about it and he told me to go and die by PK, but hes a big PKer so might've been playing with me. >.>;; Help? xD
