Tideborn "Help Im Stuck"

I was out exploring and hit my Town Teleport and it put me in Tideborn and I cant get out! What do I do?

    write /GM help and then say ok to the pop up thing wait 15 min your saved or if you wanna do it the hard way go to general discussion part and read the topic I started about this
