New Elf wings?

Ok we have the pheonix wings and all that plus the white wings,brown wings for the elf races.Would it be a problem if there were black wings too?

Could either buy them from shops or have to be a certain lvl and pay a slight amount to get the wings like the hawk wings had to?

I don't see any harm in having black wings constantly either lol.
