BTW, Genie's attack can zerk

If you have a zerk weapon on, genie's attack can deal double the dmg at cost of your 5% hp sometimes. The zerk fire happened when someone wanted me to test True Emptiness on them, this also explains why my genie crited for 16k once.

    You left out ampped by veno and stacked with ex-poison, hit with undine too.

    I'm pretty sure. Since I was trying it on 101 BM, it hit 740 each time before, then over 1.4k that time when the zerk fire came out. I also lost 5% hp and my squad mate who was somewhere else asked me who hit me. I click the genie skill only at some range and did not use normal attack so zerk wasn't from normal melee.
