Could support submit a ticket and live chat possibly be bugged?

Everytime I go to live chat or submit a ticket, I can never fill out the full information of my problem. Notice how I can't select the server I'm on or the character with the problem...

And just to confirm, I do have adobe flash player fully updated. The rest of the website display properly. It's just these 2 pages with the issue.

    You have to select the Game you are playing first.

    The system supports 3 games (I think 3).

    You have to select a game first so those two dropdowns can populate first

    Make sure you have scripts enabled. I can replicate your issue if I block scripts using the noscript plugin for firefox and don't permit the website.

    Doesnt matter what browser I use (I have 3 differents ones) It's still the same issue with all of them. And I'm pretty sure I don't have any scripts blocked either.

    Try emptying your cache and cookies too in your web browser.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Ok, I just uninstalled and reinstalled adobe flash player. I also clear everything in all my web browsers, including cookies and cache. However those 2 pages are still displaying the same as they were before.

    What web browser are you using, and what version of it?

    What OS, version are you using?

    Are you logged into your account when trying to submit a ticket?

    Do you have javascript enabled? Have you tried turning off your antivirus or firewall software temprarily (or adding exceptions for our domains), to see if you can then load it and use it properly?
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Right now I'm using Mozilla Firefox.

    OS: window xp pro

    Yes I am logged in

    Java is enabled. Firewall is on, but perfectworld.com is allowed. I don't have any antivirus downloaded.

    Have you tried it with IE 8?

    Me sowwy mees HopToIt you computer has been possesed by teh techno satan. (T.T) now it refuses all attemps to send tickets to PWI.

    You has 2 choices. Call on Darthpanda for a techo exorcism or you will has to get a replacement computer to send tickets. DX

    I don't have access to another computer now, so I'll have to private message you. I have my dxdaig log and hijackthis log file saved. However I need to know where to upload it at so I can give you the link to it. Also I looked everywhere to see if I'm running on 32-bit or 64-bit, but I didn't see any information for it. So I'm guessing I run on 32-bit.

    although me has stopped using it. X_x' me safeguards went from the "normal" way to USB memory card with all the important stuff and AVG, zone alarm, and a custom reformat cd.
