    They're still gimped. Just more people hitting 8x and 9x now. The cheaper apocalypse pages mean more of them have sleep and undine, meaning pvp becomes a lot better. And life at 9x for a wizard is just better in general, HH90 and sage/demon skills help us a lot.
    Wondering how much longer these **** packs are going to be around.

    didn't you say your 95? Although I do agree with you. I also don't feel gimped at all. I can kill bms and archers at my level just fine in 1 vs 1 duels. (even better if I ambush em with a sutra combo) b:laugh

    o wait I think me just realized why. HP doesn't have diminishing returns while your gears basic P def along with the extra P def from refining gives you near 5k which is plenty? =O

    I find my pdef is high enough without the use of shards. I've tried them, however. and I've tried mixing them. The difference doesn't seem worth the loss of hp(to me, at least).

    the book is the "Red Lotus", not sure why neither the database or the calculator will say the names. just a weak level 2 tome. not too far from making the "crimson train", which is just an upgraded version with +9int and +8con

    my hp is the same as in the calculator. I have no coin until this weekend after tw pay, unless I feel like doing gv and selling the drops. unlikely. I usually trade the stones I get for others to use on my own gear, and I use the heaven fragments to upgrade my tome. the coin I get usually pays for repairs and hiero

    I actually wonder if the Mage class has been buffed a bit secretly. I'm faring MUCH better now at 70 against my peers than at 60. The damage jump from TT60-Sak. Light isn't that huge, so I fail to see what made the difference.

    On the other hand, I've learned to use what skills when, and I've upgraded a bunch of them to level max.

    I'm beginning to think the adage is true: "Linear warriors, Quadratic Wizards."
