Sanctuary down ???

I was leveling with one of my chars (Sept 17, 2009 at 13:44 pm EST) when suddenly all NPC's vanished and none of the mobs had any lifelines.

I was able to log in again 5 mins later with the result that all my chars have now vanishedb:shocked

Please advise asap this is extreemly disturbing
