Anniversary Mount

I submitted a ticket a while ago about transferring my anniversary mount from the character that received it to another character. A few days later, I get an email explaining the format such tickets should be in and that I need to sell the mount to an NPC and include the time it was sold in the ticket. After selling the mount and submitting the new ticket, still nothing has been done. It's been a few days, not quite sure how many, but enough to concern me, as now I have no mount at all.

I was just wondering if anybody else who submitted a ticket for transfer hasn't yet had it transferred. I've been patient so far, but now I'm a little anxious as to whether or not I will ever get my mount back...

    The problem is that there's a huge volume of tickets from everyone trying to transfer the mounts, and they have to go in the order they're received. So it's taking longer than the usual 3-5 days to reply to tickets.

    still waiting on mine to be changed too.Maybe if the gm's explained it in the first place we wouldnt have this problem.

    Did you guys want to transfer it after it was given to your highest char? The way I read it, you were supposed to do it before we got the mounts.

    A lot of people did, then spoons said in a thread "Please don't submit tickets until you have received the mount", so it was supposed to be submitted after technically. b:surrender

    I can't imagine how long it must take to individually transfer mounts from character to character one at a time - hundreds of times. Throw that on top of the regular load of miscellaneous tickets, and it can be easy to see how it could take some time before your mount transfer request gets filled.

    So, please be patient, and if after 5 days (workdays, that is) your mount still hasn't been transferred, feel free to submit another ticket.
