Lisi, the envoy of justice

hi guys, i just bought order of justice VI, for lvl 85 - 89, i am lvl85.
but i can't find this Lisi, i tried in 1k, immolation, arch, they are only Li, not Lisi.
does anyone know where is this guy? thx

    Lisi is called Envoy of justice: Li, he is in multiple locations but one of them is at 533,643 (west archosaur) hope that helped!
