No coupon from Frostcovered City Challenge?

A friend of mine got interested in +15% and FC is just bit time consuming and not that hard, so we gathered few ppl, went and run it all. Took all quests in the cave, killed all bosses. Finished Holeen, just to find out that we didn't get any coupon or even a notice about getting it. Checked e-mail. Nothing too.

So could you explain how to get them or why we didn't get any coupon?

Just to note, I looked into this, and you will not get this coupon immediately. The coupons will go out mid next week. No ticket is necessary because from what you describe I think you should be good to go b:victory
