Giving more faction ranks the ability to kick

I think the Leader of each faction should have the power to give numerous other ranks the ability to kick players.

It would the leader's choice so you really couldn't go wrong.

I've just run into one too many situations where the leader and director were absent and the guild was being hassled by a member none of us had the power to get rid of b:shocked

It's up to the leader to trust that person. It's no more dangerous than having the director have the ability to kick.
