I have looked at many NPCs for the Quest for upgrading my ApothecarySkill from [3] to [4], but am unable to find this or read where to go? The NPC out in DreamweaverOutskirts gives the opton to purchase two books; must I purchase one of these or both to upgrade the ApothecaryCrafting Skills?
