Would it be alright to follow this guide/image when leveling up a PVP Archer?

Thanks in advance.

I followed that guide at lower lvls and it helped me a lot, even tho i must say i'm in PvE and not so much into PvP. But I'm quite sure you can use that, until you find out for yourself which ones are good for pvp, and which ones are not.
If you've been bad, Lord I bet you have
And you've not been hit by flying lead
You'd better close your eyes and bow your head
    And wait for the ricochet.

Winged Pledge is a redundant skill for PvP (and PvE really). It's only use in PvP could be if a wizard teles on you... That would happen so rarely it's really not worth it. Better to stun and then kite a little if that happens.

Stunning arrow is one of your most important skills in PvP. Level that bad boy up.

I can't believe this recommends levelling Thunderous Blast and not levelling Thunder shock. Instead level Thunder Shock (your second best PvP skill) and it's up to you whether you level Thunderous Blast (Slow casting time makes it's uses limited in PvP).

Winged Shell is very useful in PvP, level that up as it can be a life saver. Also learn Wings of Grace (this doesn't even tell you to add a point in it).

Flight Mastery is optional, but I wouldn't use it. Instead get cash shop wings, as the increased speed feature is very useful in PvP.

Wingspan is not very useful in PvP, it's more as a desperate PvE move. I do like the AoE, though it could be fun to run to a group of arcane wearers and use it.

Deadly shot is an average skill. It's only use is vs an arcane/light armor user who you've caught be surprise. After that spamming normal arrows probably does similar damage (probably more with blazing arrow). At very high levels Take Aim does nearly as much damage using only a fraction of the MP cost. (Plus much cheaper to buy SP/gold wise).

Aim low has limited uses in PvP as it is only really useful when kiting (or to save you kiting). It's damage vs bms/barbs will be small so you'd only be levelling for the increase in paralyze thingy. A waste of spark otherwise.

The only use for frost arrow in PvP is to slow down bm/barbs/runners. It won't help that much to be honest. The 3 sec stun from stunning arrow is more effective without wasting chi, but maybe if you use both skills. It's also a good PvE skill so it might be worth keeping it.

At later levels if you have excess SP, it might be worth levelling Sharptooth. It's very good for high level bosses. But more importantly, it's good for high level barbs.

I've basically disected it adding/removing/evaluating any skills that need it. The skills I didn't mention that are on there I do recommend to level up.

Archers don't need many PvE skills, so it's worth concentrating on your PvP skills when you can. 60+ PvE is really easy to be honest, can grind just using knockback and sometimes frost.

Essential PvP skills: Winged blessing level10, Bow Mastery level10, Stunning Arrow level10, Thunder Shock level10, Lightning Strike level10, Wings of Grace, Winged Shell level10

EDIT: Can't believe I forgot Wings of Protection. The evasion increase is good vs barbs/bms, plus the little speed addition can help sometimes. I only recently levelled it to 10. Before I had it at level 5 and used it as a low MP chi builder. I still use it as a chi builder, it just wastes a bit of mana :P

I stopped referring to that guide in the mid 40s.

It's not a bad guide, although it is mostly designed for PvE.

    Oh and
Flight Mastery is optional, but I wouldn't use it. Instead get cash shop wings, as the increased speed feature is very useful in PvP.

Oh ok let me just get my huge pile of coin that I have laying around......

    oh no....oh my god....its gone!

Oh wait it was never there to begin with.

I'm level 57 and I'm just now starting to begin having money to spare. Most of my money goes towards skills, cash shop wings are completely out of the question for now, maybe later when I have most of my lower leveled skills where they need to be.

Last time I raised my stunning arrow it cost almost 100k. 100k for one skill and I have three pages of skills I can raise right now. I have 700k currently and can make some decent money but it all goes towards either skills, new equips, or repairing gear/hieros/etc.

I have the level one wings and they have +1.8 soon to be +2.0 m/s

Mmm.... yes... keeping blademasters and barbarians out of melee range and also preventing them from running away from you, I can just imagine how useless this would be in PvP?

I understand where your coming from here, it is true that if you don't have the money it could be a problem.

But there are many times that having good wings have saved me losing dolls. Your on a PvP sever you'll understand that if your grinding and a pker 20+ levels above you comes flying at you, it would be best to run!

Hmmm it seems you read the first 7 words of my post and that's it. Yes it is useful in PvP, but like I said it only has limited uses. As a skill itself you only use it for the freeze advantage which I don't feel gets a lot more useful when levelled.

Vs a barb/bm I personally would save the chi for a spark/double spark to make my lightning attacks kill the barb/bm. But obviously that is my personal preference and others will play differently.

I do still use it in PvP, but compared to other skills I was recommending, it is used a lot less. (Like you said it's situational)

Ok I believe I understand your point of view... But I believe level 1 aim low's freeze lasts 5.3 seconds and level 10 aim low's freeze lasts 8 seconds?
