Blood mist vs natural elven wings

Is it true that natural elven wings when flight mastery is maxed to 10 will be faster than a blood mist?

blood mist has 1.00 normal and fast speed 3.00

what does "fast speed" means???

i only got level 3 flight mastery .. my cleric speed on ground is 4.8.
Flight speed of 1.00 for example would make u move 1 m/s when flying or is it 4.8 + 1.00? im all confused ..

when you fly it's 5.0 + your wing's speed

so blood mist you would be 5.0 + 1.0 = 6.0 m/s

yeah maxed flight mastery is faster than blood mist but remember blood mist can be upgraded to +3.0 normal speed while flight mastery only goes up to +2.0

fast speed means when you press Accelerate, it takes 1 endurance per second and you need chi stones to refill it
