Anyone know the npc that gives the daily quest for level 40? Thank you so much for the help b:cute

    Yes, you get a Daily for for being 30+. Level 40 is same npc as level 30 one btw.

    The NPC is at the same area, just look around for the "weird thingie" over the NPC
