Rez wont work

On my cleric ive noticed i can not rez anyone. i can use any other spell but my rez just will not work. i am using the supply box weapon, and just do not understand. it is lvl 3 at this time and my cleric is lvl 34 and ideas on why? ive bought a second magic wep to try next time i see a dead player

    Is the person dead?

    Or a more serious response, check your PvP protections, they can mess up heals, buffs, rez's and the like.
    Currently flying internet spaceships around dodixie, moving to amarr soon.

    lol yes thay have been dead,

    this time i had buffs checked, but that was set yesterday and i know ive tried to rez long before that without it working, just need a dead person now

    I did. First thing I did when I got my Revive was look for dead people.

    Check top right corner if certain protections are on or off, also make sure you click on the player, where it makes his pic show at the top of the screen to res

    Oh, and something nobody is thinking of. If they're AFK, they will not revive. You can sit there and hit them with Revive all day long, and they will not stand up until they click the button.

    That is the biggest reason I can think of for why you think your revive may not be working. All casting revive does is allow people to click the third button on the death window. If the person is not at their computer to click that third button then you will not see any change. But rest assured, if you cast revive on someone that third button will be available to them when they do finally get back to their computer. Your weapon should not have any effect on your revive skill.

    They are probably afk as I have done this a few times as of other Clerics.

    Oh that's not the problem at all i just cant cast it. haven't found a dead person yet to check out the solutions u guys gave though T^T

    I sometimes leave my dead body on the ground for other clerics to step on. So yay to those other clerics b:kiss
