Less money in return from auction?

Hi everyone, I have been seeing this happen many time from selling items from the auctioneer. When I bid a price for my merchandise to be sold, I get less money back. For example:
Black bikini top,I bid the price to be 1mil (and buy now price to be 1mil), but I get about 950k from my mailbox.Why is that?Thanks!b:pleased
