i used search but couldnt find anything related

i reached level 26 there was a quest with wine

and now i got a wine...but what is it for :O??

    You can use wines on the FB quests. Basically, you give it to the Old Swordsman there and he wipes out most of the monsters in the dungeon, allowing you an easy run. Not advised if you need to kill a number of monsters in the dungeon.

    Try this thread for which wines are required for which FB runs, and how to make them
