90 Heavy armor name? (gold 90)

Hello, okay, so firstly I am a veno on harshlands server..... you are probably asking why am I asking questions in the BM forums, well here is what I would like to know:

I am going heavy veno, I am going to be using at-level heavy armor, and a mag weapon below my level. I currently have a +10 Saka's Light, but that is irrelevant.

My question is:
What is the level 90 armor called (gold armor) that makes the shoulder blades look like horns, I think it is the destroyer plate.... if so that is rank VI, how much rep do you need to attain rank VI?

Sorry for the lame description, but that's all I can think of, and they also dont have the pic of it on ecatombs website.

Lastly, the character model I saw it on was female.
I guess the best way to identify it would be to see a screenie of the destroyer plate (Im pretty sure it was that)

I think that it was Plate of the Brute(HH90 gold), but the HH90 gold doesn't look like it =_=
