Cilent running?

I can't seem to get into the game today. It says, "Client Running. Unable to proceed with update" when I pull up PW. I think I may have forgot to log out last time I played, but nothing else is running. It's not like the game is pulled up in the backgroud. Is there a way to log out without getting back into the game?

    I can't even get into the game because I can't install it but if what I think is happening is true, the client never closed in the process list.

    Ctrl Alt Delete > click the process tab > click the thing that says image name to sort it by alphabet > look for something like pwi perfect world international or client, one of those three will most often be it > right click and end process. That will close it and all processes and should allow you to relog.
