I cant finish any Dragon Quest :( and i have done everything

i have finished my Dragon quest lvl 20,31 and 41 but the npc says, mission already taken, unable to finish this questb:cry

    do you have less than 19 quests in the quest log?

    done all 10 steps of each DQ?
    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.
