"map data out of phase with the server's"

I don't know if there is a similar thread, but to me it is quite urgent. If I start the game (which actually works fine), the first message in the chat window is the on eo f the thread's title: "map data out of phase with the server's".
Also I recognized that is not possible to find the Age of Spirit's characters (Watcher of Earth, if I got it right). So if I track them, their location is shown but there is no NPC.

I downloaded the last patches, too, but it still does not work.
Is it just a matter of time until it works right, or can I do something? Help! b:surrender



Okay, I'm blind and maybe stupid; but I don't know if the problem of finding the NPC belongs to the map-data-thing. So before deleting this thread, you could help me with this second problem?
