Need Big Time Help (Newbie)

i just started this game and i am really exicted to play but each time the perfect world update thing opens.. and finishes.. i click "start", after a while the thing closes and a black screen comes.. but for some reason after 15 - 30 seconds the black screen goes away and i cant play.. i havent even played it once so plz help me so i can check it plzzz

review:

-> perfect world update finishes
-> i click start
->it closes, black screen opens
-> 15 - 30 secs later it closes without warning or reason

PLZ HELP!

also, i do have version 102 or game thing.. it says on top in the patcher before i even click start so its not a patching problem in my opionion.. as said before plzzz help meee
