Crystalline Magmite skill

Hi, I'm a veno at lvl 22. I have a Crystalline Magmite at the same lvl as me too.
But till now he only got two skill. How do i let my pet learn new skill?

    Buy skill scrolls at the zoologist in arch, new skills cost 300k, upgrading existing skills cost 200k.
