I can't access the game!

Please help me. I cant access the game. Whenever i click start on the startup menu it just freezes for a minute, then the menu disappears, and then some mumbo jumbo **** pops up. Its sort of like the stuff that pops up when chinese music is put onto an iPod or somethin. Then the game client just closes.... i dont know whats wrong? I use a Windows XP thank you.


EVEN IF U DONT HAVE THE EXACT ANSWER PLEASE JUST MSG ME SOME THOUGHTS ON WAT THE PROBLEM IS!!! THANKS!!!!

    Firstly i would try to verify the client. then if it froze up on that, try the old uninstall, reboot, reinstall method.


    a file most likely got corrupted. so when you uninstall, delete EVERYTHING pwi saved to the computer. then after reboot redownload install.


    you wont lose your information or anything like that, since its all stored online in the servers.

    Verifying might help too.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
