Jibberish error

I'm getting the jibberish error as i press "start" on the launcher.

i checked the dxdiag and im using a 965 chipset all my drivers are up-to-date.

atm, im verifying my game. if this doesn't work what should i do?

    Hi Chunky! I'm severely bored and don't feel like playing so I'll just tell you that I've had that problem before and one day it just started work again! Hoorah! I don't remember what I did! Yays! I helped so much.b:victory
