Phone number?!?

Hi, I am having a hell of a time trying to buy gold. I have tried using paypal, for some reason it does not work, I just get an email with a questioaire which i reply to. The problem is no one reply's to my email.
Is there a 1-800 number i can call to talk to a human to sort this out?
I just want to give you guys money, why don't you make this easy?

    Due to fridays problem with the last patch the GM's at the moment get far more E-mails then normal. Last I heard one of them alone had over 200 E-mails to answer... They are going through them and answering them right now just be patient a while longer till they get to yours. :)

    I would appreciate it if I could get a 1-800 # so I can talk to a PW billing rep. I attempted to buy some Zen last night and now I am being asked for a lot of information. I would like to confirm that the emails I received. (one to my registered PW account and one to my Paypal account) are legitimate. And how PW attained my Paypal email is a concern of mine. Giving out information via email is not something I am comfortable with. Thats why Pay pal uses secure log-ins and such. It feels as if the emails are Phishing for information. I filled out a support ticket about 10 hours ago. And I have not received a reply.

    Please advice.

    P.S. And Pay Pal has confirmed my Purchase.

    i had issues with a groom pack on valentine day and have gone back and forth with PWI via email several times to no availe. no one seems to want to help me on my specific issue. I was forced to buy a second wedding pack because the first groom pack failed and locked up and i was left unable to marry my IRL wife on our 10th wedding annaversary. All I have asked for was the gold back from the wedding pack that failed.

    So far no one will even begin to work with me on this. And I am now exploring alternative means of getting my money back.

    If you're curious as to how it failed. I opened the pack, squaded my wife and spoke to the matchmaker. He took my token and that was that. she couldn't complete the quest at the I do and i couldn't get my token back.

    Oh and to make this post fit, You freakin right I want a phone number!
