    Tempest is a must-have for a FAC, it's your highest damaging skill.

    FAC makes me lol, but, if you insist.

    Razor Feathers will be used more than Tempest, by a longshot. To AoE you need poison mobs or magic mobs so you can mob them. Feathers, Siren's Kiss and Tempest are your AoE's.

    Cleric's are not a very good solo AoE class. If you don't like Zhen, grab a BM buddy and AoE with him instead.

    Not true at all. I usually AOE my normal quest mobs, be they 3 levels above me or metal mobs, or a combination of the two. And I usually end up AOEing around 4 or 5 mobs at one time. Never died from this once, despite having under 2k hp. But yes, razor feathers is much more used than tempest. Siren's Kiss is probably the least used because of it being an AOE around you for only 12m.
