manufacturing flying swords

in a cat shop in west arch, someone was selling an aerosword. but on the bottom of its description, in green lettters, it said that the guy manufactured it. where do you manufacture aeroswords? what are the mats needed?

barb-being made soon (what preset should i make? i think im going panda)

    He probably upgraded the sword with some cash shop items. There is no way to actually manufacture them.

    Looking at he database it looks like there is a recipe for the Swords,but doesn't tell ya what skill or where.
