sanctuary server connection

ok. so in the last couple of days, id be playing, and then all of a sudden everyting would freeze and i get this message that says something about being disconnected from the server, and id have to log in again. so is this a problem with the server or with my computer?

    I'd take a look at your local area connection. Do you have a wireless connection, or a discrete and separate router and modem?
