Hi There..

Wating To Noe How 2 Make High Carbon Steel..

I Read From Sum Place Tat 9 Pig Iron Can Make One..

But Im Not Sure With Npc To Go To..

And I Didn't Wan To Hunt For It.. Monster Are Just Too Far N E Drop Rate Seems Low..

    High Carbon Steel is something you gather from mining just like the pig iron.It's lvl 2, so you can mine it until lvl 20 and probably won't come across any until then anyways. You'll start to see Black Iron Ore lying around doing Arch quests. Until then check auctions and player vendors.
