HELP Cant login after patch.

Everytime patching got issues......

But i dont have this login issues until this patching.

I can access www.perfectworld.com.
BUT i cant ping 64.74.129.32, BUT I cant ping www.perfectworld.com
I can patching BUT i cant login in game.

tracert pwigc3.perfectworld.com after 12 hops time out........

Question for the pro,if i can access the web site and patching why i cant access game?
1.firewall check
2. min requirement check
3.ISP check
4.antivirus check
5.game client check

PS: PWI I disappointed of u customer service and u technical support. If anyone agree with me take this Thread to the top hope make a point to the PWI. AFTER ALL WE ARE CUSTOMER

    Read the forum. ;) There's an announcement in sticky's about a quick fix.

    You are not banned,your internet is fine, your program is fine. They are just doing a little extra unexpected maintenance. It may be longer than it says, but it WILL be back up. :) No Worries just keep an eye out on the forum, someone will announce when everything is up again. :)

    Hey panda..may we know exactly how long more is the server going up?

    A quick fix maybe is somthing, BUT even a noob know most of those patching issues and login issues can be avoided IF TESTED and come with manual patch SAME TIME. It may not complete fix the issues but help alot.

    An hour or 2, heck even 3 hours isn't THAT terrible. Given the amount of time alot of us spend on this game. It's practically nothing.

    If it were down for days, I might start to wonder. There are worse things in life to worry about. I'm not going to get all cranky because there's a further delay. I only get cranky about that at airports and dates. XP
