bound items??

hi all, question here:

TT weapons (MY-En is HH weapons) serve as molds for their next TT weapon, we all know that.
Like hh60 later disassembles to become mold for hh70 weapon, same goes for armor.

so what happens if you bound hh60 weapon? can it still be a mold for hh70 weapons?
if yes, does hh70 weapon become bound? same question for armor.

    The info on binding charms states that the item bounded cannot be decomposed.
