what exactly do lucky cards do and should i save them?

topic. i found two of these and all it says is something surprising will happen. should i use em/save em/sell em?

    At low level they will usually give you a gem or some potions

    Right click them and find out
    How to change your portrait from ? to you.
    1.) logout, login
    2.) on your login picture click "change" (sample)

    on my case its always healing bottle..you know the red bottle

    As previously states, just right click them, they'll usually give potions, but sometimes they can give other items, such as books you can use to get easy quests for decent exp and spirit.
