New Manual Patch Download Problem

Patch 8-13 has serious down load issues what in **** name are u playing here???
ive tried dling it abt 19 times~!!!!!
And the auto patcher still hangs beyond a point .IT HAS BEEN 2 days since i saw the game man
are u guys gonna give me all the XP im missing ????if the admins just dont care please specify it i do have games id rather play. came here coz i fell in lovewith beta
