Manual Patch now available for version 13

The manual patch is now available for everyone who has been having difficulty updating to version 13.

Depending on the version of your current client, you may have to download more than just the new 8-13 manual patch. For example, if you currently have version 5 of the game, you will have to download patches 5-7, 7-8, and 8-13.
