Strongest at low levels...

What would the strongest build be to do massive damage at low levels?

    On a Wizard, a high Magic build will allow mass damage at small levels as far as I know :). But you'd have very little health.

    Each element has their own strength. For the starting three spells, earth is the strongest. For the second tier of spells, water is the strongest. For the last tier of spells you receive at 59, water is still the strongest magic damage but fire is just as strong and does half physical and half magical damage.

    So I suppose your answer is earth.
