PWI and PW, any diffrence?

Okie i was searching on the web and found that there is a Perfect world and this (we playing now) Perfect World International.

So what is the diffrents between them and language wise i can userstand, but other then that is there any??

I know that i seen FREE mmos that has same continent and uses diffrent names, so this is more of a curius thing and not that im going to switch or anythingm hell i took the effort and litte help of costumer support duse to a lost email from dum hotmail to get my accoutn working.

Quick answer, PW is based in Malaysia (where you can buy game cards there). PWI (this one) is mainly for North America.

I have been playing PW and PW Vietnamese for awhile, but I couldn't find any website for buying game cards. It really sucks when you get to lvl 30 without having in-game money for purchasing from item mall. I'm glad PW is finally here in North America where I can buy game cards at my fav store, Walmart.

cyclones07 is correct. All versions of Perfect World (except China where it is Pay to Play) Differ only in where the game servers/Staff are located, oh and when the service is launched. All versions are owned by the same production company.

(names of NPC's, Mobs, Items, Locations, and Quests may differ due to translation by different groups but the core of the game is the same)
