Changying's remains

I went to the tower of darkness as asked in the quest to try and find the Changying's remain, but there is nothing there. there is a yellow dot but I can't seem to see it. Is there anyway i can climb up the tower? cause i'm only a level 11.

    -Get Changying's Remains (Farmable from the nameless corpse, located next to the Tower of Darkness at 565, 934)
    3. Report to Guard Captain Ning (577, 894)
    -Celestone of Heaven/Human/Earth or Celestone Fragments: 1 (Random)
    -Reward (Gold: 1200 Exp: 2000 SP: 450 Rep: 1)

    Thank's figured it out afterwards ...haha...
    I thought I had to talk to the yellow dot thing ....
