Crashes Happening

Alright so i play the game fine for like a few hours or so. Then randomly the game crashes and brings up the bug report. Usually i send them off and try to restart the game. When i restart it varies things that can happen it depends like discolored buildings, ,or the mobs (Monsters, Shop people, items) dont show like they usually would only thing that shows is an "ERR" icon in their place. I mean i can still click on them and buy or attack them. After the crash it seems like it messes up my whole game and messes up the coloring or shows the "ERR"icons in place of some monsters,shop people etc.

Also another thing that would happen when it crashes is that i get a random dialog box that comes up in the middle of my game and it says something in a different language. When i click ok it crashes the game no bug reports or anything after it just quits that thats all.
I updated my direct X and my video card. I'm confused on what to do now.

So can anyone explain what my problem could be and also help me try to fix it please?
