Where to craft high level stuff?

I have level 8 Blacksmith, Tailor, and Crafter skill, and a level 6 Apothecary skill. Where can I find NPCs that will let me use these skills? I can't find anything :-\ Everything is level 7 stuff.. level 5 apothecary stuff..

    Ask your admin to spawn some npc's for you.

    Are u sure they are asking ur for lvl 7 they ask for lower also

    As far as I know, only the level 100 orange HH weapon requires level 8 Blacksmith. The other level 8 skills are ones I have no idea about.

    try look inside holy/devil world :)
    if they aren't there i just have no idea where u can find them

    Yeah. The fairy/demon world's a good idea. I'm willing to bet that's the only place to craft equipment over level 100.

    lvl 8 crafted items have not been implimented. they should be normal 100+ gear (normal i mean the ones that can be 1-3*) and grade13+ items are lvl8 craft too
