IP bans?

I know this is PW-INT. I was wondering if there will be IP bans form the countries that alrdy have PW. ie malay, china, singapore. i know alot of other MMO's that came to the US that IP banned the countries that alrdy have that game via that country ip banned the US.. Was just wondering if that will be done here as well.
