Graphic issue with W11 and intel chip

Accidently answer yes to Meow101. New pc have window 11 and using intel processor chip.
Can anyone help with graphic issue. Had to replace my pc, got the game download. able to play however, whenever I change the resolution, or change the screen size or access task mgr to start another client the game would crash. I cant maintain multiple clients playing. Any assistant would be greatly appreciated. Had no issue with any of this on my 10 years old pc.
